Reliq: How It Works
When you order your Reliq Preservation Set:
1. At Reliq we give you the choice of palette for your Preservation Set: select the one that speaks to you the most. There is no wrong answer!
2. Select the amount of shipping insurance you would like. $1,000 of two-way shipping insurance is included with your order, and you can add more in increments of $1,000.
3. If you received a gift card - lucky you! Now is a great time to use it by typing in the gift card number on the check-out page.
4. Once your order is accepted we will send you a Pick-up Kit for your dress and any additional items. Expect to receive it within 5-10 business days.
When you receive the Pick-up Kit:
Your Pick-up Kit should arrive within 5-10 business days of placing the order.
You should send us your gown as soon as possible, ideally within a day or two of your wedding. This will minimize the risk of stains setting in and becoming harder to remove.
1. Confirm Your Details: Look for an email from us containing a link to an online form, sent at the time of your order. Use this form to share details about your dress, accessories, and preferred delivery options. This can be done as far in advance as you would like.
2. Prepare Your Items: Place your gown and accessories into the provided spill-proof bag, then into the box. For heavily soiled accessories, please use a separate bag to ensure they remain distinct from other items. Your gown should be placed in its own bag for added protection during shipment.
3. Seal the Box: Close the box and affix the prepaid shipping label we included to the top.
4. Drop Off: Take the box to any UPS location.
5. Stay Updated: You’re all set! Keep an eye on your e-mail for regular order status updates from Reliq.
When you receive your preserved dress:
This is the exciting part!
The Reliq Preservation Set is designed to allow for your unique story to be displayed in the way you want it to be told.
You can choose to add your favorite photo from your journey to be displayed side-by-side with your dress. You can also include the tokens that made your event truly yours, like a wedding invitation, or a signed guest book, or even more photos!
At Reliq we believe that the story you create should be celebrated regularly and often. We are certainly very excited to see how you will choose to tell yours!
