It's never too late though!

Yes! Before your
dress is shipped to us you can reach out for a full refund!

Yes. You will receive regular updates as your dress goes through various stages of shipping, preservation and delivery.

You may include up to seven wedding-day accessories at no extra cost, just make sure they comfortably fit into the pick-up box together with your dress. Note that if your items are at risk for rust over the years we will place them in a separate bag, safely away from your gown. You can include items like veil, train, hoop skirt, handkerchief, corset lacing, jacket, shawl,
tiara, duster, garter, ring pillow, money bag, purse, gloves, or sash, slips, shoes or silk bouquets.

The pick-up box is about the
size of a king-sized pillow case, so if your dress can fit in a king-sized pillow case it will fit the pick-up box. You should be able to fit a few extra items too, like your tiara, veil, garter, etc.

Definitely. Send us an email with your name and order number and we will change the delivery address. Please note that we only ship to non-PO-box addresses within Canada and the Continental United States.

We track your order and package every step of the way, and will provide you regular updates via email. We work closely with top logistics providers in North America, including UPS, USPS, FedEx and CBI, and have strict protocols in place to make sure your gown is in great hands all throughout the process. Our track record is spotless.

Expect the pick-up package to arrive within 10 days following your online order.

Upon arrival, your dress undergoes a detailed inspection for any damage or yellowing. We document all fabrics and conditions as part of the preparation for our cleaning and preservation team. Our team will reach out to you about anything unusual that might come up in our inspection, including
stains and tears.

Our facility employs a modern proprietary barcode system to
track your dress through each stage of cleaning, preservation, and restoration.

The entire process typically takes 6-8 weeks from the time you send in your gown, depending on your location, dress size and the extent of work required. The cleaning and preservation process itself will have your dress go through various stages at our facility over a period of up to 21 days, and you will be
informed at the beginning and end of the status of your gown.

Your gown is shipped back in a robust, crush-proof, and water-resistant box, ensuring it arrives
in pristine condition, safeguarded from any mishandling or environmental factors.

Preserving your gown ensures it remains as pristine as on your wedding day, protecting it from yellowing and stains. Most importantly Reliq's designer preservation set allows you to re-live the memories of your special moment, and share them with loved ones in style.

Your dress will visit various “preservation stations,” each
specializing in a specific cleaning aspect, such as dry cleaning, spot treatment, pressing, and beading. After cleaning, your gown (and any additional items) are wrapped in acid-free paper, shaped around a bust to hold its shape, and displayed in Reliq's preservation set, which itself will be placed in a sturdy box for return shipping to you.

Yes. We rely on organic, gentle and environmentally friendly cleaning products, including trademarked Green Earth materials. Our cleaning technology is safe for both your gown and the environment, offering superior protection compared to traditional dry-cleaning chemicals, and petroleum-based cleaning agents. We do not use bleaching, as this can be dangerous for the high-end gowns.

We successfully remove most stains, including dirt, grease, sugar, blood, tar, grass, mud, and ink. For stubborn stains, we employ a deep cleaning process. Some rare stains can not be removed without the risk of damaging the fabric of your delicate dress. In this case we will highlight this to you for full transparency.

You will have an opportunity to request additional repairs for a nominal fee, and we will also reach out to you with options if there is damage we recommend repairing as part of the preservation process. Should we discover any damage upon receipt, we will provide you with repair options. If you’re aware of any damage beforehand, please note it on the online form available through the QR code found in your pick-up box.

Yes. Colored gowns are meticulously preserved, ensuring their hues remain vibrant and true.

The Reliq Preservation Set is crafted from environmentally sensitive acid-free cardboard that gives your dress the UV protection it needs to stay pristine over the years. The inner box with your dress also has a window so that you can display and showcase your dress to
friends and loved ones.

The amount of space available for your dress, together with any accessories, will be roughly equivalent to a king-sized pillow case.

Our Forever Guarantee protects against yellowing, which would occur without any preservation treatment of your gown. If any yellowing occurs, we will re-preserve your gown at no additional cost.

No. The warranty remains intact even if you open the chest, provided the dress has not been exposed to new contaminants. We certainly encourage interaction with your Reliq preservation set, just please be mindful of exposing your gown to possible harm.
